Return and Refund Policy
At Core-Nodes, our vision is to connect technological infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and modern commerce. Our ecosystem offers an incredible diversity of trends—from complex digital architectures to cutting-edge physical products (e-readers, home appliances)—accessible in standard currencies and Pi cryptocurrency for our Pioneers.
To ensure a seamless experience, our return policy is clearly structured by product type.
1. Physical Products (E-readers, Home Appliances, Equipment)
We want you to shop with confidence. For all our physical items:
Return Period: You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Return Conditions: The item must be unused, in its original sealed packaging, and include all accessories (cables, manuals). E-readers must not have been set up with a personal account.
Return shipping costs: Standard return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived defective.
2. Digital Products and Ebooks
For our manuscripts, ebooks, AI license keys, and node configurations:
Due to the intangible nature of these goods, no refunds are possible once the file has been downloaded or the ebook opened on your e-reader.
In the event of a technical download issue, our support team is committed to providing you with functional access within 48 hours.
3. Purchases made with cryptocurrency (Pi Pioneers Network)
For community members who use their Pi in our store:
The 14-day return policy also applies to physical products purchased with Pi.
Refund terms: In accordance with Pi blockchain protocols, any refund validated for a Pi purchase will be issued strictly in Pi to the buyer’s original wallet, less network transaction fees. No exchanges for fiat currency (local currency) will be accepted.
4. Processing Requests
To initiate a return, contact our technical support team with your order receipt and transaction ID. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
