Return and Refund Policy

INTRODUCTION: OUR COMMITMENT TO TRUST

Welcome to Core Nodes AuraTech (operated by Ets ZANGA Lucas, RCCM: RC/YAO/2022/A/1939, based in Mbankomo, Centre Region, Cameroon). We deeply value your trust and are fully committed to ensuring absolute transparency, clarity, and fairness across all transactions for our curated catalog of physical products, high-tech hardware, and lifestyle equipment. This Return and Refund Policy is built around 7 core pillars designed to guarantee a completely secure, transparent, and mutually trusted relationship between our platform and our global community of users.

SECTION 1: OUR 7 CORE PILLARS OF OPERATION & INTEGRITY

To satisfy Google’s strict quality standards and provide complete clarity, our entire merchandise offering and customer satisfaction policy are structured around our 7 foundational pillars:

• 1. Accessible Innovation for Well-Being: Ensuring that every physical item delivered serves daily comfort and improves everyday human life reliably.
• 2. Breaking Language Barriers (AI Glasses & Headsets): Governing physical returns and operational quality for advanced translation glasses and multilingual hardware tools.
• 3. Preserving Eye Health: Setting strict quality and return standards for specialized optical devices and eye-protection accessories.
• 4. Immersive Audio & Home Entertainment: Guaranteeing defect-free delivery, warranty coverage, and return guidelines for professional audio systems and home cinema hardware.
• 5. At-Home Physical Wellness: Outlining clear inspection criteria and return policies for smart massage equipment designed to relieve physical and muscular tension.
• 6. Solar Energy Independence: Managing safety standards, shipping compliance, and return workflows for autonomous solar photovoltaic generators and hardware.
• 7. Connected Home Appliances & Accessories: Providing transparent return, replacement, and warranty terms for our specialized selection of connected appliances and high-tech hardware.

SECTION 2: ELIGIBILITY WINDOW AND CONDITION OF PHYSICAL ITEMS

Because our catalog is exclusively dedicated to shippable physical goods, hardware, and wellness devices, our return guidelines are structured as follows:

• 14-Day Return Window: Return requests must be formally submitted through our official support channel within fourteen (14) days from the confirmed delivery date. Requests initiated after this window cannot be accepted.
• Product Condition Requirements: To qualify for a return or exchange, physical merchandise must be completely unused, showing zero signs of wear or installation, and preserved strictly in its original, unopened product packaging along with all accompanying manuals, cables, and accessories.
• Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been damaged due to misuse, unauthorized alterations, or items missing their original protective packaging are strictly ineligible for returns or refunds.

SECTION 3: RETURN SHIPPING LOGISTICS AND RESPONSIBILITY

Transparency regarding shipping costs is essential for mutual trust between our customers and our logistics operations:

• Return Shipping Costs: Customers assume full financial responsibility for covering all shipping, customs handling, and postal fees associated with returning physical items back to our designated fulfillment center. Original shipping charges and return shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.
• Safe Transit Guarantee: When shipping returned merchandise, customers are strongly advised to utilize a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Core Nodes AuraTech cannot assume liability for items lost or damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

SECTION 4: INSPECTION AND REFUND PROCESSING

Once your returned physical merchandise is received and thoroughly inspected by our quality control team:

• Inspection Notification: You will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your returned item and stating the approval or rejection status of your refund.
• Automated Payout Crediting: If approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (such as Visa Card, Mastercard, or integrated mobile financial services like Orange Money and MTN Mobile Money) within standard banking and gateway processing timeframes.

SECTION 5: DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT DELIVERIES

In the rare event that you receive a physical product that is physically damaged upon arrival, structurally defective, or does not match your order confirmation:

• Immediate Reporting: You must notify our support team within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery via email, providing clear photographic evidence of the defect or shipping damage alongside your order number.
• Resolution Options: Following a rapid verification by our logistics division, we will arrange for a replacement unit to be shipped or issue a full product refund, including verified return shipping expenses where applicable.

SECTION 6: MERCHANT TRANSPARENCY AND EVALUATION

To uphold the highest level of trust and comply with merchant verification standards (such as Google Customer Reviews), our customer support team actively oversees every return, replacement, and customer feedback inquiry to ensure a friction-free shopping experience.
